Our team at Prestige Dental Care has been working hard to create a safe and comfortable environment for patients as your safety is our highest priority. We would like to share with you the measures we have implemented in order to make sure you, as a patient, are safe:
COVID-19 Screening Form:
We will rigorously screen every patient to make sure every person who enters the office is healthy and safe. In addition to this, a COVID-19 screening form is available in our
website for you to completely fill it out before the appointment or we will give you one once you arrive.
Curbside check-in:
You must notify us of your arrival through phone call when you arrive at our office parking lot. We will let you know as soon we are ready for you to enter the office. This will avoid patients waiting in our lounge area.
Face Masks:
All patients must wear masks when entering our
office, no exceptions.
Temperature:
When you enter the office, you will have your temperature taken with a Forehead thermometer. If you have a body temperature of 99.1 degrees or higher, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Guests:
If you are being accompanied by your spouse, parent, child or any other guest, that person must wait outside the office. If for some reason your guest is needed to come into the operatory, they will need to wear a face mask.
Air Purification System
& Everyday Disinfection:
We have multiple air purification systems in our office such as the AirDoctor UltraHEPA Filtration system, which filters out up to 99.99% percent of particles as small as 0.003 microns reducing viruses, bacteria, allergens and other particles. We will also implement mandatory disinfecting of our equipment and office regularly on top of our already
rigorous system.
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable the next time you visit our office knowing that we have taken many steps to protect each patient’s health.
