Q: How can I make an appointment?
A: First of all, please allow us to express our gratitude in putting your trust in the hands of our amazing team. To schedule an appointment, please call Prestige Dental Care at (561) 965-3933 and our staff will assist you in finding a day and time that is convenient for you. Otherwise, please click here to request your appointment.
Q: Is there anything I should bring with me?
A: Please bring a photo ID and health insurance card if you have one. If you don’t have health insurance, please know we have financing options and payment plans available. If you would like to fill out paperwork before coming in, please find the forms here. If possible, please brush and floss before coming in as that allows for better visualization of the teeth and lets your caring dentist better determine areas of concern.
Q: I am feeling nervous about going to the dentist, what should I do?
A: Please know we are here to help you. We aim to be the best dentist you have ever been to and so you can help us achieve this by telling us whenever you are nervous and if there is anything we can do to help you feel better. We want you to know that we will never do treatment without you being numb, if required. Even if we have numbed you, but you don’t feel numb, we will do our best to get you numb no matter what before we start working.
Q: What should I do when I get to the office?
A: When you arrive, please inform the receptionist. After all required paperwork has been filled out and submitted, a member of our team will ask you to follow them to the consultation room.
Q: What should I write in the health history form?
A: Please write all health information including current medications, allergies and past and present conditions and addictions. Please know we respect patient-doctor confidentiality and by law cannot share your records with anyone unless you ask us to and sign the request. Having all the information will help better serve you, keep you safe and be ready for any potential complications that could arise. Make sure to tell us, your dentist, about your health history and anything that would be helpful in providing you with the best care.
Q: After my first visit is complete, how do I schedule my next visit?
A: After your exam is complete and all options have been discussed, please approach the receptionist to schedule your next appointment. She/he will be happy to help you and answer any further questions you may have.
